Training
Training is designed to prepare you to operate your own Quick Crepes business - but we understand there may be many questions and assistance you may need after opening, that is why we will be available to answer all your questions and offer practical assistance whenever the need occurs.
1 Food Service This will incorporate all operations, skills and knowledge required to produce a 'Quick Crepe' as well as all other Food and beverage service. Recipes, instructions, methods, good working practice This will also include work-experience in a company owned store/unit.
2 Health & Safety Advice from a health care professional providing relevant Health and Safety requirements for Quick Crepes business.
3 Customer Service We ensure a Quick Crepes customer receives the best service and a first class experience, with customer service techniques proven to increase sales and average spends.
4 Business Operations This section gives relevant advice and training on the day to day operations of a Quick Crepes business - provided by member(s) of the Quick Crepes team. Subjects covered will be 'Typical Walkthrough Day' Stock Management, Cash/money handling, admin and hygiene certification.
5 Marketing How to market a Quick Crepes business on a local basis. This will include some areas of Customer Service, In-store promotions, local advertising, Shaker Boards, local community activities - local press and media public relations. This is spent in your new store prior to opening. This will work as a refresher course for you as well as integrating any staff members you plan to employ for their training and to answer any questions you may have. Working in one our mobile units at a busy outdoor show. Here you will experience the extremes of a pressurised service environment. You will understand why we are called Quick Crepes!
6 In the Deep End We anticipate that from the point you decide to join Quick Crepes, we will have a constant dialogue covering all aspects of your particular business, further demonstrating our commitment to you and your success.
